How many people are willing to understand the true feelings in a person's heart? I believe it is easy to define psychological illness, but it is very hard to find out a person's true feelings. This is the biggest challenge for one’s career. With that in mind, I work to understand all feelings and help all my clients learn to work through their difficulties to gradually become internally independent until they no longer need me.

I have over 10 years of meditation background, and over 8000 hours of counseling, with hundreds of clients from a large range of cultural diversities and gender diversities. I work with individuals, couples and families. I provide a non-judgmental counseling environment, and I do remote counseling.

You may want to erase bad memories. But the experiences are already facts, yet does not mean hopelessness. As long as we learn how to get along with these experiences and let it become a part of you. Life is always full of difficulties. Perhaps this is the essence of life. We can always learn to enhance our quality of life.
